Mammoth Five Star Lodging Policies
Office hours:
Monday thru Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday/Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After hours: We have after hours emergency on call staff of which the phone number will be provided on your confirmation upon making a reservation with a deposit.
Payment for Reservations:
Payments for reservations requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remainder is due 3 weeks (or 1 month for holidays) prior to the arrival date. If booking less than 3 weeks (or for holidays - 1 month) prior to your arrival, the full amount will be charged.
Acceptable Forms of Payment:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
You may cancel a reservation and be refunded the full deposit less a $30 cancelation fee if the following apply:
* You provide notice of cancellation 3 weeks PRIOR to the arrival date during non-holiday periods.
* You provide notice of cancellation 5 weeks PRIOR to the arrival date during holiday periods.
You forfeit your reservation deposit:
* If you cancel within 3 weeks or less during non-holiday periods and the property is not rebooked.
* If you cancel within 5 weeks or less during holiday periods and the property is not rebooked.
Holidays referenced in the above paragraphs are defined as seven (7) days prior to Christmas Day, Christmas Day, the ten (10) days after Christmas Day, Presidents Day weekend and the five (5) days after Presidents Day weekend.
Changing a Reservation:
You may change your reservation dates or property selection without penalty or fees up to two (3) weeks before your arrival date during non-holiday, and one (1) month during holiday periods. For reservation changes or cancellations, please contact our office at 866-626-6684 or by email.
Check-in is at 3 pm | Check-out is at 10 am
A Mammoth Five Star Lodging Confirmations Letter includes directions, contact information, and key/ password instructions. This Email Confrimation Letter will be sent to you after we have successfully processed payment for your reservation (usually within 24 hours). There is a minimum $25 fee for an unreturned key.
NO PET POLICY:
There are only a few units on our program which allow pets. To search for those, go to the "Search for Rentals" pull down box on my home screen and select the search criteria "Pets Allowed". When booking a pet-friendly unit please indicate the type of animal in the comments section of the online booking process. Additional pet fees are $25/night (not to exceed $100 per reservation).
If an animal is seen in the unit by one of our workers during your stay and it has not been approved you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. If residue of an animal is found during our inspection following checkout you will be assessed a minimum $250 cleaning charge.
Damages:
All condos are thoroughly inspected by management after housekeeping and prior to your arrival. After your scheduled departure we will complete our checklist and observe the condo for any damage, theft and/or abnormal wear and tear. Guests are liable for any and all damages to the property, furnishings, equipment and household items within the unit that occurred during their stay. Any damages, phone charges, mailed guest items, etc. will be charged against the credit card on file or against the secure deposit held.
Additional Policies:
* Towel exchange and restocking of supplies is done at various intervals depending on the property. You may request a more frequent exchange but additional fees would apply .
* There is a maximum of cars per unit (unless otherwise stated). There are a few properties that only allow one car per unit (i.e. the Village at Mammoth). Please check the unit description for these details or check with our office if you need to make arrangements for additional parking.
* No motor homes or large trailers are allowed at our condominiums.
* We do not guarantee complex amenities will be in working order (i.e. pools, spas, saunas, etc.) and refunds are not associated with these amenities.
* You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a condominium.
