Mammoth Five Star Lodging provides property and rental management for five star quality properties. We are a small boutique style company and ALL of our staff members place ethics and doing right by our clients above all else. In tcompany growh, we consider serving the needs of our clients (property owners and guests) our top priority. With a small portfolio of high-end units, we intend to maximize the income for property owners before taking on additional properties that only take income away from our current clients.
Where our competition may have an inventory of well over 100 units to rent at any time, we limit the inventory in our portfolio so as to not affect the rent ability of our clients’ properties. For example, if you have a property at Snowcreek V and your property management company has 20 or more other units just like yours in their inventory, the chances that your unit will be the one to rent when that type unit is booked is not as likely as having your unit in our portfolio where we only have a few of your type of unit.
In addition, what sets us apart from our competition is the personal level of attention we can offer our clients because of a small, manageable portfolio of properties. Not to be overlooked is our 38% management fee which means that our clients keep more of their rental income. We invite you to check out the competition, many times with fees up to 51%. And because we specialize in high-end properties, we are very aware and conscientious of the special care needed in managing and renting these types of units. We do not allow blind online reservations; all confirmed guests have spoken with a qualified staff member trained to ask specific questions so as to preserve the integrity of our management and the condition of your property. For example, rather than asking how many bedrooms a potential guest would like, we ask how many people are in their party. Maximum occupancy is 2 people per bedroom and sleeping area such as a sleeper sofa in the living room. We know all of our property owners by name and take care of their properties as if they were our own.
To generate leads for reservations, we primarily advertise on the internet and spend a considerable amount to assure that we are in the top results for Mammoth area lodging, reservations and accommodations. Go ahead and check for yourself, we’re on AOL, Google, Yahoo, MSN, and many other smaller search engines. We know its working because it keeps our phones ringing and the email requests coming and our owners are always pleased with the income we generate for them.
It is important for us to work with clients who recognize the value of what we offer and are a partner in the decisions we make to improve the quality of service, product, and our overall efficiency. We receive many of our clients by referrals from existing clients. Our focus is on income generation for owners and secondary is going above and beyond for our guests. However, because we offer a low fee, we do not offer extra incidentals for guests at our expense (ie: robes, coffee, sunscreen, lotions, etc.). We provide the basics such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and washer detergent, paper towels, toilet paper.
Our business is not a completely automated machine as we believe personal attention is not only good customer service, but absolutely essential to five star quality service which we strive to achieve each and every day. It is our goal to streamline our efforts to run more efficiently and reduce the need for extra staff. In this regard, we do not customize our contracts and do not negotiate rates since we are the lowest at 38%.
